Because of Table 7 Bistro's location within the Club Quarters Hotel, we are proud to offer private
accommodations for groups of nearly any size. Club Quarters' Board Room offers comfortable seating for
up to 10 around a large table - the perfect setting for a small business meeting or intimate dinner. The
Fannin room is considerably larger, with seating for up to 40. Finally, the Rusk room offers an
intermediate option, with seating for up to 25. Because the Fannin and Rusk rooms are separated by a
collapsible wall, Table 7 Bistro can offer space for upwards of 70 people. The room fees are as follow:
Board Room (10 ppl)
Half Day $150 without food and beverage service
Full Day $250 without food and beverage service
Fannin Room (40 ppl)
Half Day $200 without food and beverage service
Full Day $400 without food and beverage service
Rusk Room (25 ppl)
Half Day $175 without food and beverage service
Full Day $350 without food and beverage service
The rates are discounted with food and beverage service depending upon your specific needs and in some
cases, may be waived entirely.
